Returns & Refunds
- Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged or broken, you are eligible for a return or refund. To initiate the process, you must email us at craftncarvebytr@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include:
- A photo of the damaged product.
- A picture of your order receipt, order number, or invoice number as proof of purchase.
- Accessories: In case smaller parts of your product (like a straw or lid) are damaged during delivery, we will refund the cost of the damaged accessory. However, we do not offer replacements for individual accessories.
Exchanges
- Delivery Fee: If you wish to exchange a product for reasons other than receiving it damaged, exchanges are valid within 7 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the delivery fee. To initiate an exchange, please email us at craftncarvebytr@gmail.com with the required details and photos.
Sale Items
- No Return or Exchange on Sale Products: Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Important Notes
- Return & Exchange Validity: All requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges must be submitted within one week of purchase.
- Customized Products: Customized items such as personalized mugs, steel tumblers, glass bottles, and keychains cannot be returned unless damaged upon delivery.
